Hello Bearcats!  My name is Cynthia Garcia.  This is my sixth year having the privilege of serving WES as the Library Media Specialist.  I have been at WES for the last 23 years, and I love being a part of the Bearcat community!  I am here to assist your child in gaining a love for reading and finding that "just right" book!
