Mr. Todd Manning

I graduated from Saks High School in 2000, where I played football and wrestled.  After high school I recieved a football scholarship to Jacksonville State University for student assistant to the defensive coordinator.  After graduating from JSU in 2005 with a BS degree in Secondary Education and majoring in Social Science, I became an assistant football and head wrestling coach at Saks High School.  I left Saks to be the freshmen offensive coordinator and wrestling coach at Pelham High School.  I moved from Pelham to North Jefferson to become the head football and wrestling coach.  After relocating back to Calhoun County, I have been at Wellborn for five years.  I am currently coaching football, wrestling, and baseball.

I have been in public education for eleven years.  I am currently teaching Government and Economics for seniors and AP Government.  I am also teaching pre-AP US History to tenth graders.  In the past, I have taught AP US History as well.  I am College Board Certified in History and Government.  I have been the department head for History for the past two years.
