Hi All!  Welcome to my class webpage!  I have been teaching at Alexandria Elementary since 2007. I currently teach fifth grade science at Alexandria Middle School with a great team of ladies who are super passionate about teaching.  I married an amazing man in 2004 and we have 4 wonderful children that keep us super busy after school.

I am a 2005 graduate of Jacksonville State University where I was also a member of the Marching Southerners Color Guard from 2000-2003.  My after school duties include instructing the Sound of the Valley Auxillary Line and tutoring students after school. My husband and I also pastor and serve in ministry at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church in Anniston.

In 2012, I was nominated as Alexandria Elementary School Teacher of the Year and went on to be chosen as the Calhoun County Schools' Elementary Teacher of the Year.
